Hey guys! How’s it going? Wow, I really feel like this has been THE month for entertainment (well, mostly movies). I mean obviously we’re right in the middle of Oscar season, but I think I broke a record of some movies I have seen this month compared to any other month haha. Although I’m usually a TV Show kind of person, this month couldn’t have been more of the opposite. I have been addicted to movies (and watching them over and over again)!

For today’s post, I’ve made a list of five of my favorite movies (that are all pretty recent). All these movies I’ve been watching in February as well as one TV show that I’m going to include, and even animation!

This is the story that I fell the most in love with this month. From a touching real-life story to a beautiful story with fantastic acting ‘Green Book’ brought me everything I was expecting and way more! I thoroughly recommend it to anyone, and since I haven’t dedicated a whole post to review it (and rate it) it, I give it a 9/10.

Next up, an animated feature! I rarely write about animations, but when they’re good, they’re really good… and let me tell you this one is! I went with my mom who doesn’t necessarily like animations or Spider-Man, and even she ended up loving it! It’s a must-watch and indeed one of the best family movies of 2018!

Now for ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’! I’ve not only seen this movie countless times this month (with each of my family members) but also have been listening to the soundtrack constantly! Quite a few bad reviews were saying the story wasn’t told correctly, but I’m happy they decided to show the more uplifting times. They didn’t leave anything important behind, and it’s a celebration of Queen in my opinion. It’s really a great movie, and Rami Malek is THE perfect Freddie Mercury. This is the Academy nominated Comedy-Drama movie from last year that I loved! Its storyline is simple yet not boring, very real and full of beauty. It’s also beautifully shot, and I’m obsessed with the soundtrack. I’m also never disappointed with Saoirse Ronan. She’s an amazing actress!

I fell in love with this movie since the first time I saw it. I actually created ZimmyLifestyle while listening to the soundtrack of this movie (that I still listen to this day to get inspired)! I’ve always loved movies about space so clearly this one was going to be THE one for me haha. It’s a powerful story about family, the end of the world and space and time. Once again the acting was so great, especially from Matthew McConaughey! It’s also the first film I ever saw Timothée Chalamet in, and it made me fall in love with him even more.

Now onto the last one of the list and the only TV Show! Netflix’s ‘Sex Education’. I absolutely adore the cast of this show and have been binging this show all over airplanes, cars and hotel rooms in the past couple of weeks. I definitely recommend this comedy-drama!
