Hey guys! I hope everyone’s doing good! It’s been a while since I wrote a post about restaurants or where I usually eat when I travel. In this post, I’m going to specifically talk about where I eat for the three main meals. I’ve gotten quite a lot of DMs on Instagram about this topic, so I decided to write a post about it today! I chose three cities that I often go to. These include Los Angeles (my favourite), New York and London (where I currently live). I chose 4-5 restaurants where I usually go for a good brunch, lunch or dinner! Here we go!!
Zuma – $$$$
Starting off for London is a restaurant that I included in each of these lists as it’s my favourite restaurant. If you know me, you know I love sushi… a LOT! I’ve tried a lot of sushi from many different restaurants but for me, the best sushi is at ‘Zuma’!
Cipriani – $$$$
Next up, this is my favourite Italian restaurant in London: ‘Cipriani’! My favourite dish there is their ‘Parmigiana’. This meal is a lasagna dish, although, it is not made traditionally with pasta, but with aubergine. It is so good! I usually go to the restaurant but sometimes I deliver it to my house which is even better and more efficient if I have a class. P. S. I order it with the delivery app called ‘Quiqup’, it’s so good you should use it!
Dining’s – $$$$
Recently I went to have dinner with my brother and some family friends. We decided to go to ‘Dining’s’ a Japanese restaurant that I never tried out before. Although, we were told that it was really good. So we went to ‘Dining’s’ and oh my it did not disappoint! It was delicious! The restaurant was really small and only had a few tables so it’s hard to get a reservation but waiting for your reservation is so worth it! Trust me.
Nobu – $$$$
And last but not least, ‘Nobu’. If I make a list of all the restaurants that I love I simply cannot not include ‘Nobu’! It’s pretty much the same style as ‘Zuma’. Although, if I’m being honest ‘Nobu’ will always be better (sorry ‘Zuma’ I still love you). If you’ve never been, please treat yourself and go try out their amazing sushi!
The Mercer – $$$$
Now let’s move along to my New York faves! ‘The Mercer’ is the perfect place to have brunch. From salads to hamburgers they pretty much have it all! It is so tasty! Try it out if you’re ever heading to the Big Apple!
Zuma – $$$$
I also love the ‘Zuma’ in New York! It’s super busy but the ambiance is still amazing!
Megu – $$$$
I tried out ‘Megu’, a Japanese restaurant two years ago with my mom and it directly went onto our list of favourites! The whole menu was so good and so original. It also ticks all my boxes for my love of Japanese food!
Milo’s – $$$$
‘Milo’s’; the Greek restaurant which is the perfect place to go if you want to eat a meal that isn’t so heavy. They have delicious salads and a ton of fresh fish! I’m obsessed with their Greek salad it’s so good! I usually order Greek salad with their Zucchini and Eggplant chips (although, don’t go for that if you’re aiming light)!
Crosby Street Hotel – $$$$
Onto another great place to get brunch… ‘the Crosby hotel’! It is the perfect place to get insta-worthy brunches. Such as avocado toast, salmon toast, salads or anything LA-like… but in New York!
Urth Caffe – $$$$
And last but not least onto the Los Angeles list! ‘Urth Caffe’ is my favourite restaurant in LA. I always go there with friends. I usually order lasagna with a strawberry smoothie. I always look at the menu and try to convince myself to order something different, but, it always ends up being the lasagna! It’s irresistible!
Zuma – $$$$
You know the drill, I love sushi; I love ‘Zuma’! This is my favourite ‘Zuma’ as it’s by a beach in Malibu and it’s so pretty! It’s a really trendy restaurant in LA so whenever I go there I always see someone famous which is so cool.
Cheesecake Factory – $$$$
Now onto something a little more low-key but still very much loved! Whenever I’m in the US I always go to the ‘Cheesecake Factory’. Whether I’m in LA or in Nashville visiting my sister, I always somehow end up eating at this restaurant. I’m still exploring their huge menu but everything I have tried so far has been insanely good! Don’t forget their awesome signature cheesecakes!
In&Out – $$$$
And lastly, ‘In&Out’. I believe that this is the best place to get burgers in LA! I don’t usually eat meat, although when I’m craving a burger; I really crave a burger and In&Out is always there to satisfy my needs!
