Waking up for our last day of Coachella was as you can imagine, very strange. We woke up slightly later than the day before due to the need to recover from yesterday’s craziness. We started off by ordering room service and then quickly realized that today was our last day of the festival. At that point, mixed emotions would’ve be an understatement for what we were feeling. Sad yet happy, excited yet upset, all we knew for sure was that we wanted to make the most of our day and to truly make it count!

After ordering room service for breakfast, we got ready for the festival by applying makeup and sunscreen and changing into rompers and black converse. Not forgetting our stylish chokers, we got into the car and embarked on our way to Coachella. Once in the vehicle, my best friend and I started planning and discussing what we were going to do in LA the next day.
1
Upon arrival in the dessert, we went directly to the food stalls to grab some hotdogs and then went to the shade. Considering it was the hottest day of the entire weekend (crazy right), my best friend and I made a mutual decision to spend the majority of the day out of the sun!! Once we felt slightly more courageous to tackle the heat, we got up and wandered around the art exhibits. Taking photos and admiring the art, enjoying ourselves as we saw A-listers such as Aimee Song and Camila Coelho!!
1
We then went to see our first concert of the day, something that was in the shade and near the art exhibitions. Arriving in the crowd, we realized that yet again, it was simply too hot. Leaving the stage and heading up to the VIP section, we decided to settle with air conditioning and distant music. As soon as we got to the private area, we saw Kj Apa sitting alone so my best friend and I decided to go over and talk to him!! After a cute chat and a couple selfies, we left the VIP section again, this time to go listen the “GroupLove” concert.
1
Due to the sun setting and the air getting tremendously cooler, we were finally able to stand up and watch a concert from start to finish. Considering the fact that we love their music, the concert was nothing other than loads of fun!!
1
Once they had finished their gig, my best friend and I decided to go back to the infamous Ferris wheel we had gone on two days before. Taking some photos right next to it while eating delicious waffles on sticks called “COMBchella Pops”, we had a great time!!
1
Now full up to our stomachs and again too hot from the evening sun, we returned to the VIP section to take some more, guess what..? Photos!! Now listening to Madeon and Porter Robinson, we enjoyed the beautiful view and really took the time to just appreciate where we were and what we were doing.
1
Next up, we ran back down to the main stage to see no other than the stunning, super talented, extremely cool Tove Lo!! With a breathtaking performance, she really stole the night. From singing every song we love to bringing on an amazing surprise guest that goes by the name of Wiz Khalifa, she succeeded in entertaining hundreds!!
1
Once her show ended, we rushed to Lorde’s concert which was luckily only a couple meters away. My best friend and I stayed in the loud and insane crowd for a few songs but then settled on watching the performance from the VIP section. Buying food in the calm while listening to Lorde’s show from afar, we got the best of both worlds! Amazingly enough, the sensation star even managed to perform one of her new songs that hasn’t come out yet!! Dancing wildly and screaming into her mic, Lorde’s performance could be described as intense, very intense, amazing but intense.
1
For the rest of the night after Lorde’s concert, we pretty much stayed in the VIP section where we met celebrities the Riverdale cast, Carrie Underwood, Nina Dobrev, Dylan Minnette and many more the day before!! After hanging out with him and seeing more A-listers, my best friend and I prepared ourselves for the last concert of the night, Kendrick Lamar’s!!
1
Everyone was as you can imagine, thrilled to see Lamar, I mean with a voice like that and stage presence like his, what would you expect? Watching him just made the crowd happier, everyone was just simply content to see him! The entire crowd was jumping while Lamar sang his heart out, it was magical! Tired beyond tired, my best friend and I said a sad but happy goodbye to Coachella just before the end of Kendrick Lamar’s show…

All in all, there is so much I can say about the past three days that I spent at Coachella. It was my first festival ever and I can frankly say that this has been the best weekend of my entire life. From the music we danced to, to the people we met, to the food we ate, to the burning weather… everything was perfect and simply magical!! I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to come here and I’m so thankful for everything that happened over the last three days!! I am also super thankful that I was able to spend these last three days with no one other that my best friend!!

I have made so many amazing memories from this place that I will almost certainly remember for the rest of my life! Looking back at it now, I’d like to list some of my highlights from the weekend! Starting with meeting the cast of Riverdale, they were so nice and so down to earth and we really had a genuinely good conversation!! Dylan Minnette was also incredible to speak to, he was again, super kind, whenever we saw him, he was always taking pictures with fans!! Meeting Nina Dobrev was also unbelievable, I wasn’t expecting to see her and she was so adorable and just pleasant to talk to!! Other than meeting them, I truly enjoyed Tove Lo’s concert!! Finally, amongst my many other highlights, the best part of my weekend has to have been Lady Gaga’s concert!! I speak genuinely when I say there are no words to describe how talented she is and how absolutely amazing her show was!!

Leaving Coachella felt extremely nostalgic, super upsetting and really lonesome but, don’t worry guys, I’ll be back next year!!
