I’ve always wanted to go to the Bahamas! So, when my dad asked me if I wanted to join him and my siblings I was very excited and I, of course, said yes! So, one month later I packed my things and here I was. I first went 3 days to the Atlantis hotel with a friend and then went to the Albany Residence where my family and I rented an apartment for the trip. As I really wanted to take you guys with me, I decided to write a little paragraph on how the different locations in the Bahamas went with a few pictures!

ATLANTIS

The Atlantis was great! I did a few water slides, went to the pools and had a couple of swims at the beach. I also ate at Nobu (my favorite Japanese restaurant with the Zuma), I think every Atlantis actually have a Nobu as the one in Dubai also has one. I also went swimming with dolphins, it wasn’t my first time doing it, but I could barely remember the last time as I was younger!

There was a bar called “Plato’s” where my friend and I hanged out all the time, they made the best cocktails there! It was an overall great experience, although the hotel was way too crowded, and the service wasn’t very good.

The Albany was incredible! I got to spend a lot of time with my siblings which was really fun! What I liked about the Albany that I didn’t have at the Atlantis is privacy, as we had our own apartment and there were only a few residences in the building. The apartment was incredible, the ceilings were high, everything was modern, we had big white, and orange billiards and the whole place was open with huge windows where we could see the harbor and the beach.

On the first day, we settled in and then went to the beach. There was a huge pool with two water slides, that we did over and over with my siblings, we ended up with bleeding knees. But it was completely worth it, that was until we got to the beach, and the salt water started to burn our injuring!

On the second day, we decided to go spend a day at the Atlantis as they have a lot of slides and my siblings hadn’t been there yet. We had so much fun! We did a slide called “Leap of Faith” that was extreme. My sister and I were at first terrified to do it, but it ended up not being as terrible as we thought and we finally did it a few times. We also enjoy “The Abyss” which was another fun water slide, “The Surge”, “Challenger Slide” and many others! After our fun day at the slides, we all went to the Nobu and had a great time! The last day was mainly closing the luggage, going one last time to the beach and saying goodbye to the Bahamas!
