FROM A DISNEY STAR TO JOAN OF ARC – ZENDAYA’s BEST LOOKS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS

First up on my list is the outfit Zendaya wore to the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” premiere in Los Angeles back in 2015. For this event, Zendaya wore a Micheal Kors transparent short rhinestone embellished skirt with a long grey turtleneck. Her earrings looked amazing and her makeup was flawless as usual. I love how classy yet cheeky this look is and how Zendaya’s hair is perfectly parted in the middle. The silver heels are also fantastic! Hats off to Michael Kors!

Moving onto 2016, next up is a stunning and summery look that Zendaya wore at the Kid’s Choice Sports Awards! Even though I’m not a huge fan of the leather pants she’s wearing, I adore her yellow-bow-blouse top! This Moschino golden knot top looks incredible and wraps up Zendaya like a present! I love that she kept the overall look simple with black shoes as it really brings the attention of any viewer to the main piece of the outfit: the top. Her natural makeup and skin look glowing and I love the sassy poses and a messy bun so much!

As soon as I saw this look I knew that it would have to make my list. Zendaya’s two-piece velvet suit for the HeartRadio Music Awards just looks absolutely incredible! There isn’t a single thing I would change in this outfit, as she effortlessly looks like an actual rock star. I love the fringed bob and the red color of the outfit, plus her killer abs and pointed-toe booties! The earrings are also super cute and her makeup is just, well, flawless.

Next up is an outfit which I honestly adore! Zendaya’s colorful crop-top which matches her floor-length skirt perfectly, demonstrate both her style and insane figure. She (or her stylist) decided to keep the shoes simple and dainty with pastel purple stilettos. With that, she wore a gorgeous diamond bracelet and let her hair loosely sit behind her soldiers.

Moving on, I’m completely obsessed with this look. All the details on this dress are gorgeous and her thick lace choker perfectly adds the last touch to the outfit. I love the short bob and natural makeup which, altogether, make a masterpiece. Very classy, slightly dated, and oozing sophistication, this is probably Zendaya’s most conservative look yet! The 1920s where are you?

Zendaya looked stunning upon her arrival at the Fall/Winter Louis Vuitton Fashion Show in 2016, wearing obviously all Louis Vuitton. I really like the leather midi skirt and the red sleeves of her vintage top. The lace-up shoes also heavily ooze the 1950s and girl power! She wore this sweet outfit with her natural long curly hair swept to the side and a subtle nude lipstick. Overall, she looks insane, again.

The famous actress looked like a white swan-princess at the Oscars pre-dinner event. I love the use of layering in the fabrication of this dress, making it both original and princess-like. Through this outfit, Zendaya separates herself from those wearing typical gowns and instead outlines her originality. Her diamond earrings and necklace make for the perfect final touch of this outfit and I simply love it! Her pink-purple smokey eyes and low ponytail make the outfit appear even more dainty and delicate. The blush-cream color also emphasizes the innocence of the swan which she is portraying! Can you tell I’m in love?

Up next with more blush tones is this insane two-piece custom Calvin Klein outfit. I think it honestly has to be one of my favorite looks as it outlines her abs in the most discrete way and just shows her off. She doesn’t look flashy nor like she’s trying too hard… Instead, she just looks beautiful and very happy in her skin. The long skirt is stunning and the tiny, bralette-like top is super cute! Plus her hair looks gorgeously sleek!

Moving on, next in my list is an outfit that Zendaya wore to the 9th Annual Black Women in Hollywood event. In support of her race, she paired a dotted red silk jumpsuit with its matching robe. She kept things simple with only portraying two colors but still looked incredible and I would have done anything differently. The middle parting in her hair is again, great and her white heels look very crisp and clean!

Zendaya looked radiant in her all-burgundy look for the 73rd Annual Golden Globes. She paired the triple-layered gown with a black clutch and chandelier earrings. I love the low-V-cut of the dress and her huge ring. Zendaya completed this look with a middle-hair-parting and wavy locks. I think the burgundy color really suits her and the almost nude-lip dilutes its intensity.

Now onto 2017, this outfit centers around a Ralph & Russo white dress. Paired with sleek, pulled-back hair, white stilettos, and glittering Chopard earrings, Zendaya looked incredible. Although the all-white outfit is simple color-wise, its shape, form, and style are not. I love the high-neckline, bare shoulders and long skirt. Overall, Zendaya looked remarkably classy and smart – I love it!

On to a more mature look, Zendaya looks dazzling in this incredibly detailed Zuhair Murad dress. I love the transparency of it that draws in some more contemporary vibes and the low neckline which, well, shows off her figure very well. The floral print of the sheer dress is also very summery and bright, complementing the light green color perfectly! Finally, the metallic platform sandals are great and her side-parted bob is just really pretty, shaping her face immaculately!

This ball gown by Viktor & Rolf is elegant and chic. I love the sleek fringed-bob and the contrast between the red and black colors of the dress. The use of fabric is also heavily outlined and the strapless neckline is stunning. This whole look fits Zendaya perfectly and really suited the circus-red vibe of ‘The Greatest Showman’ movie.

Onto another one of Zendaya’s premiere looks for ‘The Greatest Showman’ movie, here is her famous butterfly look. I mean, to be perfectly honest, who else could pull off an outfit like this? Personally, I think she’s the only one that can. Her hair looks beautiful and classy and the colors and detail in the dress ooze exoticness and perfection. I’m utterly in love with this look and she looks flawless. I like that she kept her shoes really simple to again draw all the attention to the beautiful main piece: the dress.

Zendaya looked super cute in a simple Sies Marjan dress while appearing on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon! I love the use of layering in the dress, offering it an almost bohemian vibe! The mint-blue color of it is also very pretty and complements Zendaya’s skin tone perfectly! Her hair also looks amazingly healthy and long! Zendaya rocked this outfit and kept it classy with sparkly silver Louboutin heels.

I absolutely love this simple sky-blue crepe dress! Zendaya posed effortlessly at the Spider-Man premiere in Spain last year, sporting a ruffled masterpiece and wavy-beach locks! Her big gold loop earrings are also beautiful and I love how her heels match the dress perfectly. This look is overall just stunning and simple in the best way possible!

Moving on, this is such a cute day-time (which could even be worn at night-time) outfit! Zendaya wore this mini metallic silver skirt with a classic button-down white shirt and braided hair to a lunch date sometime in 2017. She looked gorgeous and proved that one doesn’t have to look boring in the summer to stay cool. Again, I adore the silver vibe which is beautifully complemented by the stilettos of the same color!

To prove once and for all that Zendaya can rock absolutely ANY hairstyle, here is my 20th look in today’s post: her 2017 Met Gala look. Working with Dolce & Gabbana, Zendaya looked out of this world on the red/white carpet. Her tropical, off-the-shoulders, colorful gown looks amazing and her natural, afro-like hair is insane! I love that she wore red lipstick to make them look even bolder and well, I’m obsessed with the length of the dress! Plus parrots are adorable and deserve to be showcased on such a masterpiece!

Onto my favorite looks from 2018, here is what Zendaya wore to the Oscars this year: a brown, deluxe Giambattista Valli Couture gown! I love the chocolate brown color of the flowy off-the-shoulder dress which in my opinion, complements her skin tone amazingly! I’m also in love with the Bulgari jewelry as, like the tight immaculate top bun, ties smoothly into the look. Perfect? I think yes

And last but certainly not t least, n’22 brings me to my absolute favorite outfit, outshining all the rest and serving to successfully demonstrate Zendaya’s style evolution: her interpretation of Joan of Arc at this year’s Met Gala! Working seamlessly with Versace to follow the theme and stun the world, I love everything about this entire look.
