Hey all! Health is essential and I haven’t really written much about it here on Zimmy Lifestyle, I thought it was time to put an end to that. So here are my 6 tips for you to be healthier!
To be healthy water should be your best friend! You should drink at least 2 liters of liquid per day, but I would recommend drinking water but avoiding all sodas…
2.WHAT DO EAT
For a healthy diet, I would recommend avoiding meat, dairy products and everything with too much sugar or salt in it (if you do eat them eat in moderation). Eat a lot of fruit and veggies.
You don’t necessarily have to go to the gym to exercise, you can take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk your dog more often. Exercise is the best way to get in shape and maintain an ideal weight and be healthy!
4.THINK POSITIVELY AND BE PRODUCTIVE
Having a positive mindset is much more important than you would think! It’s crazy how much power and energy our minds have over our body’s and lives. Try and think positively, no matter what it is about, always focus on gratitude and you will be much happier! Being productive is also a very good way of having a happier lifestyle.
Sleep is very crucial! Having enough sleep can actually help you improve your memory, with your creativity, have a healthy weight, lower stress, it also clears your skin…
Have a daily hygiene routine such as “washing your hands, showers, brushing teeth…” is important!
