HOW TO STAY POSITIVE DURING BAD TIMES
Believe it or not, I may only be 15 but I already experienced a lot of things in my life, and I have some tips for you.
RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM
One of the first points is to try to solve the problem as it will make you feel much better and free. If it’s a family problem and you feel like you can’t talk to them yet, talk to a friend about it. Or if you can, you should talk to a psychologist. Psychologists are not for depressed, weird or crazy people; it is just someone who you can talk to who can make you feel better. There is no shame in going to see a psychologist.
TRY TO THINK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE AND GET HELP
You can’t just keep the problem to yourself as overtime it will oppress you, and you will feel very bad. So I would recommend talking to someone you trust (a parent, a friend, a teacher, a psychologist…) Once you’ve done that, you can try to change your mind to something else. For example, when I feel sad I go on Youtube, that’s why I get so attached to YouTubers. They are the ones who make me feel better. I am not necessarily sad every time I go on Youtube; it’s just something that I really like that makes me happy, like going on Netflix. As well, you need to find something to change your mind, for example, you can go and have dinner with friends, or you could go for a walk or watch a movie. The possibilities are endless. Being sad from time to times is not a shame, everybody has bad days.
CREATE POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND PERSEVERANCE
This is the most important point of all. People always ask me why I am so “lucky,” I may have genuine luck in my blood, or it may be the fact that I am always very positive. If you say it will get worse, it is going to get worse. If I say I want to succeed in the fashion industry, and I work extremely hard for it, I will succeed. Perseverance also plays a big part in happiness and success; you may not have things directly but if you stay positive and work for it a lot, you will success.
To conclude, always remain positive and when you are feeling down just remember things will always get better.
I am not a professional in anyways; these are just some tips that helped me.
