Hi guys! First and foremost I wanted to wish you all a very very happy Halloween! For this year’s Halloween I decided to post something not really horror-related but my favorites of this month! Also if you want to watch a good movie with your friends tonight click HERE for some ideas of what to watch. Most of my monthly favorite posts are divided into two sections for this edition the two parts are beauty and entertainment! I’ve discovered so many incredible movies and songs this month so an entertainment section was greatly needed. Anyways enough blah-blah, let’s get into it, shall we?

.
1. SKIN FETISH: HIGHLIGHTER + BALM DUO – $48.00
If you’ve been following my beauty posts you should know that I am completely obsessed with a good highlight. It truly is one of my makeup essentials. I usually go for powder Becca highlighters, but when I saw this creamy one from Pat McGrath I knew I had to try it out! I already wrote about it on my Pat McGrath review (link HERE). I love the fact that it has two sides, a glossy more radiant one and another more discreet with a shiny glittery finish. If you need an extra runway shine just put both! I fell in love with this highlighter this month. I think when you’re nearing the winter and your skin starts to get dry, the highlight is the perfect thing to revive it and make it look less like a mess. Ahahah.
.
2. Skindinavia®️ The Makeup Finishing Spray – $29.00
This month was full of excitement and fun events and for that, there is nothing better than a good finishing spray for your makeup to last. I used to use the Urban Decay one but I see much better results with this one! Even after a full day of conventions and running around my makeup still looked flawless at the end of the day (without any retouching)!
.
3. Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil 3.4fl.oz – $84.00
On to my favourite hair oil! I have been using it every single day since I received it. It’s so nourishing yet not a bit greasy! I’m in love with this product!
.
4. Laneige Special Care Lip Sleeping Mask – $20.00
This product saved my lips this fall! I don’t usually use anything other than lip balm to protect my lips and I always thought I should try something more nourishing (especially for the cold seasons). I don’t only wear this mask at night but also when I travel or when I’m having a nice day in! It truly helped my lips so much and it also smells like cotton candy!
.
5. Dior’s DIORSKIN MINERAL NUDE BRONZE Healthy glow bronzing powder 02 – £34.00
One of the main problems I get when I do a full face of makeup is that I look super pale! I don’t usually like blush as it looks too pink for my semi-pale skin. But, it all changed when I tried this blusher out. It is not a straight up pink, it has more natural tones which I believe fits my skin better. It automatically gives me the night of sleep that I didn’t get or that extra little glow.
.
6. Kora Organics NONI GLOW FACE OIL 30ML – $68.00
As the temperatures are dropping my skin is getting a little dryer and I decided to start using a face oil instead of a cream. The cream has always been my go-to so I was reluctant to change. But, it actually helped my skin a lot and even cleared my skin quite a bit! This might be my new fall/winter essential. “when the party’s over” – Billie Eilish
I absolutely adore Billie Eilish! Her songs are either so calming and soft and or they will make you want to dance around your room haha. She recently released this single that reminded me a bit of “Ocean Eyes” and a few other songs she did but I still love it!
.
“A Star is Born” soundtrack
Every single song on this soundtrack is just the literal best. But, if I still had to recommend a few songs they would be: “Shallow”, “La Vie en Rose”, “Black Eyes” and “I’ll Never Love Again” (the Film Version). This soundtrack is just so perfect I don’t have anything else to say about it. Go listen to it and it will speak for itself! So so good!
.
Queen
I’ve weirdly been listening to a lot of Queen this month. Maybe it is because of the movie based on them that is coming out. I’m listening to the classics so mainly their greatest hits: “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Another One Bites the Dust” and “We Are the Champions”.
.
“Sweetener” – Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande has been my favourite female singer for a few years now. I really like her vibe and her songs are really good. I love her latest album “Sweetener” and some of my favourite tracks are “breathin”, “pete davidson”, “better off” and “raindrops”!
.
A Star is Born – 2018
If you haven’t guessed it by now “A Star is Born” is my favourite movie of the month. Obviously, the soundtrack is amazing but the movie was phenomenal as well. Lady Gaga’s acting was on point and Bradley did an incredible job as Jackson Maine and as the director and co-writer of the script! Click HERE for my full review on it!
.
Call me By Your Name – 2017
This is another movie with a great soundtrack but it is not quite the reason why I love it. It’s such a beautiful story and is so well told. I truly fell in love with the Italian summer vibe and how raw everything was. Click HERE for my full review on it.

That wrapped it all up! Let me know if we have similar favourites this month or if you’ve seen “A Star is Born”. Also what are you dressing up as for Halloween?

Lot’s of LOVE, as always,
